Specialising in mechanical, electrical, public health, and vertical transportation, they offer technical advice to construction and property professionals across all sectors of the built environment.

The appointment of a Principal Electrical Engineer is crucial to advancing delivery capabilities, shaping early concepts, and delivering practical, intelligent designs to bring projects to life.
Responsibilities
1. Leading the day-to-day delivery of electrical design work across various building projects.
2. Developing early-stage design strategies that meet the brief and comply with industry regulations.
3. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and design teams through meetings and daily communication.
4. Supporting Directors with resourcing, management, and delivery.
5. Mentoring and developing emerging engineers, including Apprentices and Graduates.
To be considered, candidates must have extensive experience as a Building Services Electrical Design Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with industry software such as Dialux, Relux, Amtech, and Electrical OM is essential, along with a proactive approach and an open-minded attitude towards teamwork.
