Excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a welcoming HR team within a busy organisation in the public sector.
Your New Role
In this role, you will deliver a full range of people services, advising line managers and employees on policies and employee relations matters. Your responsibilities will include:
1. ER Casework Management
2. Absence & Performance Management
3. Advising, Upskilling & Coaching Managers
4. Recruitment Support
5. HR Project Work
You will also support transactional HR tasks and may need to travel occasionally to other offices.
What You Will Need
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a HR Advisor
2. Experience managing ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
3. Confidence in advising managers on HR policies
4. Proactive, positive, pragmatic attitude with integrity and professionalism
5. Strong communication skills and agility in approach
6. Good knowledge of current employment law
7. CIPD qualification or equivalent
