岗位职责:
1、供应商管理:负责与现有区域供应商的关系维护,持续优化资源获取,掌握市场情况及紧急业务的沟通处理。拓展新的供应商,持续丰富不同类型的供应商(传统批发商,聚合商等),提升区域资源的优势度。
2、航司商务拓展:负责在本地与航空公司进行日常沟通合作,完成本地机票产品开发、日常维护等工作;负责与本土航司总部和其他航司本区域办事处进行业务洽谈,获取具有竞争力的销售政策;掌握市场动态,进行价格策略调整及产品调整建议,提升产品竞争力;
3、数据监控:机票产品销售数据,根据市场状况及销售情况与运营同事沟通策略,与供应商和航司复盘销售表现,争取更多合作机会和更有销售政策;
4、其他工作:协助进行机票销售在本地的营销活动策划、推广;本地机票代理市场信息、竞争对手动态及日常业务数据汇总、分析,基于各项业务数据整理分析报告。
任职要求
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,具备3-5年及以上航空公司销售渠道管理、代理人或OTA航司BD部门工作经验,熟悉GDS(Amadeus,Sabre, Galileo)等行业工具及产业链条;
2、熟悉各航空公司产品及销售政策,善于钻研国际机票产品,对民航市场,特别是欧洲民航市场环境有一定了解;
3、沟通表达良好,英语熟练,能够顺畅地与同事或供应商进行沟通交流;
4、熟练操作办公软件,对数据敏感,熟练进行数据分析。
5、具有在英国工作的合法资格。
Job Responsibilities
* Content Providers Management:
* Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing content providers regionally, continuously optimizing content acquisition, and staying informed about market trends and handling urgent business communications.
* Develop businesses with new content providers, enriching the variety of partner types (e.g., consolidators, aggregators), and enhancing the local content to be more competitive.
* Airline Business Development:
* Responsible for ordinary communication and cooperation with airlines in the local area to develop and maintain local flight products.
* Conduct business negotiations with local airline headquarters and other airline regional offices to secure competitive sales conditions.
* Monitor market dynamics and give suggestions of pricing and products strategy to enhance competitiveness.
* Data Monitoring:
* Monitor the sales data of flight products and communicate strategies with operations teams based on market trends and sales performance.
* Review sales performance with trade partners, including content providers and airlines, to identify more cooperation opportunities and negotiate better sales conditions.
* Other Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and promoting marketing activities for air ticket sales in the local area.
* Collect information on the local air ticket agency market, monitor competitor dynamics, and summarize and analyze daily business data. Prepare analytical reports based on various business data.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3-5 years of work experience which relevant to distribution management in airlines, travel agents, or the BD department of OTA flight team. Familiarity with industry tools such as GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and the industry chain.
* Be knowledgeable about airline products and sales conditions, with a strong ability to research global flights products and an understanding of the civil aviation market, especially the European aviation market.
* Good communication skills, proficient in English, and able to communicate smoothly with colleagues or suppliers.
* Proficient in office software, sensitive to data, and skilled in data analysis.
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
