Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced QA / QC Quality Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. Job Duties: * Provide support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments in managing documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks related to quality assurance processes. * Maintain and organise quality control documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, reports, test results, and compliance certification. * Compilation of Manufacturing Record Books (MRB’s). * Review of Material Test certificates against codes, standards and client specifications. * Coordinate with QA/QC Inspectors and other departments to obtain necessary documentation and information for audits and inspections. * Coordinate with external Inspectors for carrying out inspection activities. * Assist in the preparation of quality reports, including tracking non-conformances, corrective actions, and product testing data. * Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring that all documentation is readily available and in order. * Ensure proper handling, storage, and archiving of quality documentation in both physical and digital formats. * Assist with maintaining the calibration records for testing and inspection equipment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). * Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or technical support role within a QA/QC or manufacturing environment (preferred). * Understanding of quality assurance and control processes and standards. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other industry-specific quality standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
