As the brewery continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Agent to support our customers and help drive sales growth.
The Role
As a Telesales Agent, you'll be speaking with customers daily, building strong relationships, promoting products, and helping maximise sales opportunities across the business.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service and support.
What You'll Be Doing
Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
Promoting new beers, seasonal products, and brewery promotions
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow accounts
Supporting the wider sales team with customer activity and leads
Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience
A confident and professional telephone manner
Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Interest in beer, hospitality, or the drinks industry is advantageous
