We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role with our head office based in Tamworth.
As Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of suppliers within our braking category. You will lead commercial negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-efficient sourcing strategies to deliver sustainable procurement savings.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of suppliers and products within the braking category
* Negotiate purchase prices, terms and conditions, and long-term supply contracts
* Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews
* Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to maximize savings
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement performance
* Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, savings achieved and supplier performance for the senior management team
Skills and Experience needed
* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or alternatively, 10 years of proven track record in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management within a multinational environment
* Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to secure favourable terms with suppliers
* Ability to prepare detailed procurement reports, track cost savings, and analyze supplier performance.
* Proven track record in using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams
* Fluent in English and with another European language would be desirable
