Campaign Marketing Manager
Location: East Midlands: Hybrid 2/3 (WFH)
Salary: £50,000 + Package including bonus

With growth on the agenda, they are building a fantastic brand, nurturing existing loyal customers and focusing on new customer acquisition. In this role, you will set the customer communications strategy and manage multi-channel brand campaigns and messaging.
Reporting to the Marketing Director and supported by a team of circa 30 people, your key responsibilities include:
* Developing the brand's campaign strategy, ensuring consistency across channels including email, web, digital, print, and content plans.
* Project managing the campaign plan, briefing, and coordinating team guidance.
* Fostering strong cross-departmental relationships for collaboration.
* Reviewing and approving creative work to align with brand standards.
* Overseeing the communications strategy to ensure growth and exposure.
* Tracking and reporting campaign success, driving continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Leadership experience managing teams and reporting to board level.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple, changeable campaign plans under pace.
* Attention to detail with strong content and communication skills.
