Health and Safety AssistantNottingham£26,695 - £30,007 per annumWe are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-focused Health and Safety Assistant to join our Health and Safety team.This is a key support role within a small, collaborative team, providing essential administrative and systems support to ensure the effective delivery of Health and Safety services across the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for Health and Safety enquiries, maintain key systems, and support compliance with current legislation.What Youll Be DoingMaintain Health and Safety systems, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and compliantSupport the development, review, and implementation of HandS policies and proceduresManage and update the Health and Safety Hub on the intranetProduce reports and analyse HandS data using IT systems (including Excel)Act as the first point of contact for HandS queries via phone, email, and internal systemsTriage incidents and ensure enquiries are appropriately directedProvide administrative support, including coordinating meetings and taking minutesSupport the team in delivering a high-quality, responsive, and compliant serviceAbout YouYou will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with systems and data. Youll enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.Essential RequirementsA relevant Health and Safety qualification (Level 3 or equivalent, e.g.
