Why this job matters

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving bold, high-impact acquisition campaigns across the BT business brands in the UK. From shaping creative concepts to orchestrating media plans and delivering insightful campaign reporting, you’ll bring energy and precision to every stage of activation.



You’ll be the go-to expert for identifying and optimising key customer touchpoint, especially at the top and middle of the funnel, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and moves the journey forward. Collaborating closely with our wider marketing teams, you’ll champion end-to-end creative consistency and seamless execution.


You’ll harness customer insights to spark innovative go-to-market strategies, crafting stories that resonate and inspire. Working together with creative agencies and internal teams, you’ll bring ideas to life that not only drive adoption but also build lasting customer relationships and make our propositions shine in the market.


What you’ll be doing

Aligned with the marketing strategy, you’ll lead the creation and execution of innovative, through-the-line campaigns for BT. Your focus will be on driving awareness through to consideration and purchase across channels, ensuring consistency and performance optimisation.


Key responsibilities include:

* Developing campaign creative and content strategies that set the standard for excellence.
* Shaping media planning and buying strategies to support long-term marketing goals.
* Leveraging data-driven insights with brand and insights teams to inform strategic recommendations and activation across key product moments.
* Maximising demand generation and lead quality through the full marketing mix.
* Optimising campaign budgets and resources to deliver strong ROI, in partnership with the Senior Campaign Manager.
* Managing strong agency relationships to ensure high quality delivery.
* Collaborating with channel, digital, and field marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Providing strategic recommendations based on performance, insights, and expected outcomes.
* Guiding and supporting Campaign Professionals to ensure successful delivery of assigned campaigns.
* Regular travel to London (if not based in that location) and travel to shoot locations / offsite when required (normally Manchester / London)
* Collaborate with key strategic partners to underpin business and marketing priorities


The skills and experience you will have under your belt

* Strong experience in ATL (Above the Line) and brand campaigns with a comprehensive knowledge across the full marketing channel mix.
* Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
* Exceptional organisational and planning abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
* Proven ability to craft clear, compelling written content tailored to diverse audiences and objectives.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform effective marketing strategies.
* Customer-centric mindset, translating insights into relevant and resonant messaging.
* Deep understanding of brand and campaign development, with the ability to produce engaging content that communicates features, benefits, and value.
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret key performance indicators (e.g. CTR, ROI, CPM, conversion rates) to measure success.
* Confident in using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Previous experience in a B2B environment, ideally within a marketing team is desirable
