Role Overview
As a Courier Driver, youll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of DHL parcels and mail across assigned routes. Youll be working independently on the road, representing the company professionally, providing excellent customer service, and meeting daily delivery targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver DHL parcels and mail packages across various routesComplete approx. 30 drops per day initially, progressing to 60 drops using a hand-held scannerLoad your vehicle between 09:0010:00, departing the depot around 10:00 or earlier to begin deliveriesDeliver to both commercial and residential addressesEnsure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and in line with company proceduresProvide friendly, professional customer service at all times
RequirementsStrong ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work effectively within a teamConfident working independently and meeting targets(Add: Full UK Driving Licence / any licence points limit if you want me to include it)
