We have an immediate opportunity available to join our client as a Warehouse Administrator.
This position will start following successful interview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deal with incoming queries either by phone, email and provide appropriate responses to customers
2. Manage and distribute incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the relevant department or individual
3. Creation of operational reports upon request for management teams and customers
4. Carry out general administrative duties, supporting the company’s operations
5. Liaise with operational management on all aspects of inventory control to make informed decisions and maximize order utilisation
6. Produce and check daily report for all customers ensuring accurate and timely information provided
7. Highlighting any potential quality issues including hygiene and damage issues to your line manager
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in administration
9. Computer literate (comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
10. Strong communication skills
11. Excellent problem-solving skills
12. Fluent in English

13. Monday to Friday per hour
