About the vacancy:
We're looking to hire a senior post within the Property & Place Directorate for aHead of Asset Strategy to provide strategic leadership and management of the Asset Strategy function.
Our asset strategy team is responsible for ensuring we have robust data that informs our investment decisions over the life of our 30 year business plan and develops and delivers our decarbonisation programme and energy pathways: This team is responsible for interrogating our property data, using it to develop our asset management strategy and identify future regeneration opportunities.
This team is responsible for our regulatory returns; developing our decarbonisation roadmap and delivery plan and works closely with all property teams to ensure the insight we get from our data determines our investment priorities through delivery of property options appraisal and assessment
Specifically, in the role you will:
1. Lead the provision of effective, proactive, and efficient asset strategy function.
2. Develop and implement the asset management strategy in line with the organisation's goals and objectives.
