Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for passionate and ambitious Marketing (Social Media) Graduates to join our marketing team as part of our dynamic development program. In this unique role, you will blend creative copywriting, humour, and innovative formats (yes, even mimes) to deliver compelling storytelling across platforms.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging, trend-led content that connects with our audience, strengthens our brand presence, and supports brand growth, audience engagement, and the delivery of high-quality digital campaigns.
About the Program
The 12- month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a solid foundation for a thriving career in the Tech industry. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we believe in equipping you with everything you need to succeed, regardless of your background. Our structured program provides immersive training across various roles. Starting in our Operations team, you will gain skills in Customer Support, Onboarding, or Customer Success. You will then have the opportunity to expand into the Marketing department—giving you the experience and confidence to advance within TEG.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for future leaders—graduates or postgraduates who are ambitious, creative, and ready to kickstart their career with training and clear opportunities for growth. If you are driven, curious, and eager to learn, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
You might have studied Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, and you will have a natural talent for writing copy that grabs attention and blends humour with storytelling. You will be someone who lives and breathes social media, with a good grasp of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter—and an eye for the trends that make audiences engage.
We’re looking for a proactive, ideas-first mindset: someone who isn’t afraid to experiment with memes, creative campaigns, or performance-style content. If you have played around with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or analytics platforms—great. If not, we’ll teach you. A bit of office or marketing experience helps, but what really matters is your creativity, energy, and passion to make an impact.
