🛠️ Disrepair Supervisor – Walton-on-Thames (Responsive Division)

We’re looking for a Disrepair Supervisor to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working out of our Walton-on-Thames office. You’ll be supporting one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance services to our residents.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective work scheduling aligned with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
2. Represent WPS at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
3. Manage the responsive repairs function to consistently meet performance targets.
4. Monitor and manage material costs, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
5. Oversee quality of work via inspections, KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
6. Lead and develop your team, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet service demands.
✅ What You’ll Need:
7. Full UK driving licence 🚗
8. SSSTS qualification (minimum requirement)
9. Proven experience in property maintenance or housing disrepair
10. Strong supervision and leadership skills
11. Solid understanding of relevant legislation and social housing regulations
12. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
