4. Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements.

6. Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
7. Ensure the pharmacy meets all operational and performance targets.
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient stock management processes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Deputy Pharmacist Manager should have:
12. A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
13. Strong understanding of pharmacy legislation and compliance requirements.
14. Proven ability to manage a pharmacy team and support business goals.
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
17. Experience in a retail or healthcare environment is advantageous.
