Job description
About the Role:
1. Location: Southwark or online
2. Hours: Flexible – after school hours, evenings, or weekends
3. Pay: £25-35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
4. Plan and deliver tailored lessons based on the GCSE curriculum
5. Support students in understanding key concepts and improving exam technique
6. Complete weekly reports on attendance and the student’s progress
7. Adjust lessons accordingly
Requirements:
8. Strong academic background in relevant subject(s)
9. Experience tutoring or teaching at GCSE level
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Reliable, patient, and encouraging
Bonus if you have:
12. QTS or teaching qualification
13. Familiarity with major exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.)
