We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team within a well-established residential care home. This opportunity is available on both a permanent and bank (flexible) basis to suit individual availability.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person‑centred care to residents, including those with dementia and complex health needs. Duties include clinical assessments, medication management, care planning, and responding appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions. You will work collaboratively with GPs and multidisciplinary teams, while also providing leadership and support to care staff on shift.
Applicants must hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, alongside a clear understanding of safeguarding, infection control, and CQC standards.
