Role Overview
This exciting role based within the HR department encompasses the full range of HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, minute taking, and maintaining the data held within our HR Information System. You will provide assistance to and support the HR Advisors in delivering a high‑quality, efficient, and effective HR service for the College.

Qualifications
* HND level education or relevant experience in an HR‑related environment
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR Information Systems
* Experience providing support within an HR environment
* Initiative, keen eye for detail, ability to work at a fast pace, and professional curiosity
Working Arrangement
Hybrid working supported with most of the team splitting their time between home and Ayr Campus, with occasional travel to Kilmarnock and Kilwinning campuses.
