Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality.
* Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and kitchen assistants, fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
* Coordinate food preparation and production processes to meet customer demand while maintaining quality.
* Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, serving standards, and hospitality best practices.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
* Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Skills
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Previous experience in supervising staff within a kitchen or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
