Based in Chatham, Kent, with hybrid working available, you will provide critical financial oversight, improve performance, and support senior stakeholders in driving the project's success. Occasional travel to sites in Hampshire will be required. Responsibilities Prepare and report monthly accounts, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. Identify and drive improvements in cash flow, financial performance, and service delivery. Produce key financial data to support customer and stakeholder engagement. Develop, validate, and update financial models, tracking performance and challenging assumptions. Ensure accurate and timely billing while supporting pricing activities and associated governance processes. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in a similar role producing accurate contract accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work at all levels. Experience reconciling operational data with financial accounts and other reporting systems. Background in the construction or defence sector with knowledge of Long Term Contract Accounting. Strong financial modelling skills using Excel. Recognised professional accounting qualification with significant post-qualification experience. Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance.
