Job Description
Under general supervision, the Administrator is responsible for all the administrative activities supporting management personnel and facility administration.
1. Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with external and internal guests
2. Provides general administrative and clerical support
3. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, formatting, typing, copying, scanning, etc
4. Organizes meetings and assist in arranging corporate events
5. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
6. Drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
7. Ensures office equipment by checking maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining office equipment inventories
8. Performs data entry for engineering, operations and maintenance
9. Maintains office supplies
10. Maintains facility’s library of drawings and manuals / document control system
11. Maintains facility operation and maintenance procedure files and documents
12. Provides support on special projects
13. Reports promptly any breaches of HSE procedures to supervision / management
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
15. Minimum 3 years experience in business support functions/ Office Administrative position
16. Familiar with basic HSE rules and requirements
17. A Level equivalent English and Maths

26. Thorough working knowledge of MS office package specialy on Excel, Word & Power Point

29. Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
30. Excellent computer typing skills
31. Knowledge of office procedures
32. Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
