We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic senior waiter/waitress to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a senior staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all guests receive prompt, attentive service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and preparation. Part time hours available. Must be available weekends/bank holidays.

Duties
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
* Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety guidelines.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
* Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Manage time effectively to provide efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. (minimum 2 years).
* Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
* Experience in upselling menu items is advantageous.
