Position Details
Position: Executive Assistant to CEO/Office Manager
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £40,000 per annum. Full Time. Office based (5 days per week)
Contract: Permanent
Role Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Manage the CEO & CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).
* Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication across all levels of the organisation.
* Meeting Coordination & Preparation: Organise and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
* Research & Reporting: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO.
* Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, acting as a trusted confidant to the CEO.
* Event Management: Coordinate high-level events, off-site meetings, and company conferences.
* Office Management: Oversee office logistics and assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stationery, suppliers, and vendor negotiations.
* Travel Management: Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ senior-level EA experience supporting at C-suite level, preferably in a fast-paced blue-chip company or similar industry.
