The Head of Direct Sales leads the Leasys Direct Sales function and strategy in delivering sustainable fleet growth, profitability, and service penetration by driving high performance sales execution, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and ensuring effective prospecting, pipeline management, and cross functional collaboration across the Stellantis and Leasys network.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate clear and consistent leadership, credibility, and strong communication that drives team performance and accountability.
* Sharp commercial focus balancing volume, margin, and value added services.
* Clear communication and stakeholder influence to support the Leasys strategy.
* Build a high‑performance, accountable sales culture.
* Strengthen pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy.
* Improve customer understanding and optimise the sales journey.
* Coach and develop sales team to perform to the highest industry standard
* Develop strong internal relationships.
* Enhance digital + direct sales integration to shorten the quote-to-contract cycle.
* Use data to steer strategy and performance.
* Stay ahead of competitor, market and regulatory trends.
* Boost customer satisfaction and drive strong renewal performance.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 5 years previous commercial and / or sales experience with knowledge of Contract Hire pricing components
* Experience of Leasing / fleet market
* Strong commercial awareness, with experience in Sales Management / Performance
* Strong relationship skills is essential with the ability to negotiate and influence
* Ability to manage & influence upwards, and across a matrix organisation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and make sound recommendations
Salary Expectation
£60-70k with an annual potential of 20% bonus.
