Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bromleag Care Practice for a salaried GP to join our growing multi‑disciplinary team. This post holder will work as one of a team of GPs, ANPs, pharmacists and more, delivering general practice services to patients at Bromleag Care Practice. We provide comprehensive primary care to patients residing in Care Homes and Extra Care Housing within the Borough of Bromley. At all times the post holder must act in a professional manner consistent with the NHS code of conduct.

Job Description – Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and accessible care to patients in Care Homes and Extra Care Housing, including home visits, telephone & video consultations, prescription handling and timely paperwork.
* Maintain clear, contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
* Undertake clinical letters, summary dictation and ensure clinical governance and risk management principles are applied.
* Comply with all relevant practice policies and guidelines (KPIs, prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety).>
* Commit to life‑long learning, audit and contributions to evaluation/audit and clinical standard setting within the organisation.
* Summarise patient records, read‑coding patient data and develop computer‑based patient records.
* Attend training and events organised by the practice or other agencies where appropriate.
* Complete death certificates in a timely manner consistent with legal requirements.
* Make autonomous professional decisions regarding presenting problems, whether self‑referenced or referred within the organisation.
* Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
* Ensure the highest standard of patient care through expert knowledge and clinical skill assessment, implementation and monitoring.

* GMC Registered
* MBBS or equivalent medical degree
* MRCGP

* Knowledge and experience of general practice in the UK
