Role Overview
We have been exclusively retained by a tier 1 global private equity fund to hire a Chief of Staff to the CEO (Director of Value Creation) for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. The company is on an ambitious trajectory to triple revenue through both organic growth and M&A.
This high-impact position works directly with the CEO, PE investors, and executive leadership team to shape and drive strategic initiatives across:
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Commercial Growth
2. M&A Execution & Post-Merger Integration
3. Product & Technology Strategy
4. Operational Efficiency & Scalability
Key Requirements
1. 8–12 years of experience in high-growth software businesses (roles in Strategy, PMO, Operations, or Commercial functions could all be relevant)
2. Strong operating experience in software, with a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape
3. Prior experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
4. Proven ability to break down complex challenges, generate actionable insights, and lead large-scale transformations
5. Excellent ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels
