We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive primary school in Surrey. You’ll be supporting a child 1:1 with additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and included every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with special educational needs
2. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning
3. Creating a calm, structured environment that helps the pupil thrive
4. Encouraging progress in both learning and emotional development
What we’re looking for:
5. Previous experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, or similar)
6. A calm, caring approach and great communication skills
7. DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply)
8. Willingness to complete our free Level 2 Safeguarding and Thrive training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
