Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Role overview:
The Digital Marketing Campaign Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating across teams to achieve strategic goals.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with growth plans.
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search and display.
* Set up and manage triggers, tags, and conversions using Google Tag Manager.
* Report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed and data-driven.
* Drive email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation initiatives.
* Create targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns, including ads and videos.
* Manage paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets and KPIs.
* Test and optimize marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition.
* Support ongoing improvements to the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems.
* Experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
* Strong skills in GA4 and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience with LinkedIn lead generation campaigns and audience building.
* Ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.
* Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
