Job Description
As Reward Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting with data analysis, benchmarking, and compensation processes to help drive fair, competitive, and consistent reward practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive reward offerings
2. Perform data analysis and modelling to support compensation decisions
3. Support annual salary review and bonus processes with data preparation and analysis
4. Maintain accuracy of reward-related data across systems and tools
5. Assist in developing reward policies, procedures, and budget tracking
6. Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics
7. Support job architecture design and ensure consistent job grading and evaluation
8. Monitor compliance with compensation laws, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive
9. Contribute to reward strategy projects and act as a point of contact for internal queries
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Proven experience in compensation, benefits, or reward analysis roles
11. Strong analytical and modelling skills; proficient in Excel, HRIS, and Power BI
12. Confident handling large datasets and delivering actionable insights
13. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
14. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
15. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
16. Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs and priorities
