A digital services consultancy is seeking experienced User Researchers to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating impactful, user-centred services within the public sector.
You will be involved in multiple research engagements for bespoke software solutions and transformations within government/public sector projects.
Senior Consultant
Minimum of 5 years in consulting or the public sector. Ideally, you will be mentoring juniors and taking the lead on client engagements.
Lead Consultant
Minimum of 8 years in consulting or the public sector. You will be directly line managing a User Research team, contributing to growth and expansion, and taking a lead position with client projects.
Key Responsibilities of the User Researcher:
* Leading end-client engagement projects
* Identifying research needs and selecting appropriate research methods for each project
* Developing, documenting, and presenting comprehensive research plans outlining study goals and methodologies
* Engaging with users through interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research to gather meaningful insights
* Analyzing research findings and data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations
* Synthesizing and documenting findings using tools such as user stories, journey mapping, and storyboarding to convey the full user experience
