The ideal person will have/be:
Essential:
1. Previous Experience in Motor Trade Sales Administration.
2. Be able to demonstrate a strong and competent background in administration.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment.
4. Minimum of 5 GCES’s at C grade or above (or equivalent).
5. Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
6. Good communication skills Excellent telephone manner.
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
8. Can easily work on own initiative.
Desirable:
9. Knowledge of Kerridge or a similar Motor Trade systems would be extremely beneficial however full training will be provided.
10. Experience of a similar role within the motor trade/auctions would be an advantage but is not essential.
11. A working knowledge of DVA / DVLNI processes would be an advantage but is not essential.
