Responsibilities: * Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates. * Gaining client and candidate traction * Business development * Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position. * Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions. * Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business. * Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email. Experience: * 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required. * Previous experience in sales, business development Sector can be dependent on you we have a strong footing in Industrial Logistics engineering and commercial but if you have worked previously in another sector then we are very open for the discussion
