Pump Engineer – FM Service Provider – London (Foot Mobile) – £48,000 to £54,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Pump Specialist Engineer to work across seven high-end residential buildings, the majoity of which are in the Canary Wharf area with one being in South West London. The successful candidate will have a strong proven track record in servicing, repairing, and fault-finding on pumps, degassers, BCWS sets and pressurisation units. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime and further technical training.
Package & Working Hours
* £48,000 – £54,000 (depending on experience)
* £160 per month travel allowance
* Overtime available
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities
* Servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on:
o Pressurisation units: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo
o Degassers: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo
o LTHW & CHW pumps: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara
o BCWS pump sets: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara
* Carrying out pump repairs, replacements and system remediation.
* Diagnosing complex issues across pump and pressurisation plant.
* Supporting closed-loop and domestic water systems when necessary.
* Completing service and maintenance reports.
* General mechanical plant support across sites.
Requirements
* Strong experience with pumps, pressurisation units, degassers, and BCWS sets.
* Mechanical/plant background with solid fault-finding skills.
* Experience working across LTHW/CHW systems.
* Ability to carry out plant repairs and replacements.
* Full UK driving licence (foot mobile but may require occasional vehicle use).
* Excellent knowledge of manufacturers such as Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara, IMI and Flamco.
