Role Overview
As a 360° Property Manager & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all aspects of property management. Your responsibilities include arranging inspections, overseeing check-outs, handling deposit returns, managing disputes, and supporting daily operations. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute in a dynamic environment.
The Package
* Competitive basic salary of £30,000 plus OTE £2,000 (uncapped) – total £32,000
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm; Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:30am – 1:00pm, with time off in lieu
* Additional team-based commission opportunities
Key Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure high satisfaction
* Organising property inspections and inventories
* Overseeing check-outs, including paperwork, deposit returns, and dispute resolution
* Managing maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors
* Handling tenancy renewals and ensuring documentation accuracy
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation
* Monitoring rent payments, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgets
* Advising landlords on rent arrears and refurbishments
* Overseeing refurbishment projects and managing contractors
Candidate Profile
* Experience in Property Management and/or Maintenance (essential)
* Proactive, well-organized, with knowledge of lettings legislation
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
* Full driving license and access to own vehicle
