Role Purpose

As Marketing Designer for A2V, you will own the creative development of marketing collateral that makes our products irresistible to buyers, retailers, and consumers. You will take full accountability for producing commercially effective, consumer-led, and brand-aligned assets - with final sign-off from both the Head of Creative and the Chief Creative Officer of SHELF. The role is pivotal to provide the tools for A2V Sales team - to deliver on our extensive and exciting customer strategy. You will have meticulous standards, ensuring every output is strategically on point, creatively bold, and commercially robust. You will integrate this approach into the A2V marketing function, becoming the guardian of quality, storytelling, and consumer-first design execution.

Skills & Experience

·Proven experience in marketing design for a product-based business.

·Strong portfolio showcasing commercial storytelling and creative execution.

·Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

·Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives.

·Exceptional attention to detail, adopting a “meticulous-first” mindset.

·Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

·Experience with photography and/or video creation (desirable).

·Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple sign-off stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

·Design and produce catalogues, brochures, and sales decks that showcase products with commercial impact.

·Translate product features and benefits into engaging, consumer-facing stories for use across sales and marketing channels.

·Ensure marketing: photography, imagery, and copy are brand-consistent, commercially effective, and visually compelling.

Brand Guardianship

·Maintain and evolve brand style guides for all A2V-owned brands.

·Apply SHELF’s standards of detail and methodology to ensure brand cohesion and creative excellence across all outputs.

·Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual execution across packaging, digital, and print.

Campaigns & Trade Support

·Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and collateral.

·Design retail pitch decks that combine creative storytelling with robust commercial evidence.

Digital Presence

·Maintain and update the A2V website with high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.

·Manage and create social media assets aligned to brand positioning and sales priorities.

·Work closely with Product, Design, Copy, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing outputs and commercial objectives.

·Partner with Dean to embed SHELF’s meticulous creative approach into A2V processes.

·Manage the feedback and sign-off process with both Dean and Vic to ensure excellence and speed to market.

·Contribute to process improvements that make the marketing workflow more agile, data-led, and insight-driven.

Measures of Success

·Marketing outputs meet SHELF-level standards of detail, creativity,

and commercial effectiveness.

·Collateral is delivered on time, with no quality compromises.

·Brand presentation across all channels is consistent, compelling, and aligned with strategy.

·Campaigns and materials measurably contribute to sales conversion and customer engagement.

·Manage the feedback and sign-off process with both Dean and Vic to ensure excellence and speed to market.
