GSL Education are seeking dedicated and adaptable teachers to work in vibrant mainstream primary schools in Christchurch. As a Flexible Teacher, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to teach a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity and engagement in students’ learning journeys.
Responsibilities of the Flexible Teacher:
* Bring pre-planned lessons to life across different subjects, keeping students motivated and eager to learn.
* Adapt seamlessly to diverse classroom environments and teaching styles.
* Support and guide students to help them reach their academic potential.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent learning experiences.
* Engage in professional development to enhance your teaching skills.
Requirements of the Flexible Teacher:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experienced teachers seeking a flexible work-life balance are especially encouraged to apply.
* Experience delivering engaging and effective lessons in primary education.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and student needs.

* An updated CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
