Role Summary: As the Manager of Enterprise Collaboration & EUC, you will lead Sophos' collaboration tools and end‑user computing platforms (O365, Zoom, JAMF). Your focus will be on strategy, roadmap, adoption, and governance to enable productive, secure collaboration across the organization.
What You Will Do:
* Define and own the End User Compute (EUC) and Collaboration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
* Shape and deliver our collaboration strategy, driving adoption and best practices across the company.
* Define and champion how Sophos employees work across our collaboration stack.
* Own and evolve our enterprise collaboration tools, primarily the M365 tool set, ensuring they meet business needs at scale.
* Collaborate with technical SMEs and architects to design and deliver transformation initiatives.
* Define and execute the EUC roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across Sophos.
* Lead a global team of 7–10 subject‑matter experts across Europe, the USA, and India.
* Oversee projects and service delivery, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality outcomes.
* Manage people leadership, career management, and planning.
* Collaborate with other leaders to drive superior collaboration and change adoption in the IT organization.
* Maintain a culture of high performance and productivity.
What You Will Bring:
* Knowledge of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and modern device management platforms such as Intune and JAMF.
* Strong leadership experience in a global, distributed technical environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage C‑level executives.
* A strategic mindset that translates business needs into technical roadmaps.
* Willingness to travel quarterly to meet regional teams.
