My client is looking to hire a fluent German-speaking Administrator to join a growing logistics department. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping.
You will specialise in providing urgent freight movements for airlines, MRO, and aircraft lessors, tailoring services to meet clients' specific needs across borders. This is a great opportunity to work for a strong international company with offices in London, Hong Kong, and Germany.
Responsibilities
* Air Exports & Imports from the UK
* Coordinate orders for new bookings for non-UK jobs (communicate tracking between)
* Airwaybill processing & associated customs & documentation in our software (upload)
* Courier & some domestic road haulage handling
Skills/Experience
* Must be fluent in speaking German
* Candidates must have good communication skills
* Full training will be provided for the right candidate
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to collaborate and build rapport with clients and colleagues in a small team
* Experience in the Aerospace vertical industry is a bonus, but not required
Qualifications
* GCSEs in Maths and English
