Job Description
Hours of work: 37 hours per week.
Working pattern: Full‑time, Term‑time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years continuous service). As the position is term‑time only, the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term: 1 year.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sandown Primary School and Nursery as a Nursery Practitioner. We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and flexible individual to join our highly motivated nursery team.
Responsibilities
* Have a genuine passion for working with and caring for young children.
* Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
* Have experience working within a childcare or early years setting.
* Demonstrate strong and up‑to‑date knowledge of the EYFS and Statutory Framework.
* Use reflective practice to continually improve outcomes for all children.
* Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Be highly motivated, proactive, and committed to developing your skills.
