Grounded is a small independent business that prides itself on serving Bristol and Wiltshire some of the best coffee and amazing food in warm and comfortable surroundings.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.
The ideal candidate will possess passion, strong leadership skills and a warm hospitable personality .
You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of food from breakfast through to dinner inorder to give all of our guests a great memorable experience. This role requires a hands-on approach and a lead from the front style of leadership.
We are well known for our breakfast / brunch offer and these are also our peak trading times. The evening trade has bags of potential for growth and with the right candidate we can collaborate to create an amazing product for which guests wil return time and time again.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing a kitchen.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Ability to multi task, work in an organised an efficient manner.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with stock management
Bags of passion and fresh ideas to help grow the business and the reputation that we enjoy.
Someone that is seeking to make a big impact in a small business and be willing to put in the work to grow with us.
