Job Overview
This post is fixed term for up to 9 months to meet the needs of the service.
The Performance Analyst will support reporting processes across the Regional Cataracts Project and lead in cataracts performance reporting for the organization. Based within the Planning and Performance Team, this is an opportunity to bring together data from across Aneurin Bevan, Cwm Taf Morgannwg, and Cardiff and Vale. The post holder will play a key role in driving improvement, reporting, and providing insights to support decision-making to improve performance, understanding causes and effects of changes to inform service delivery across three Health Boards and private sector partners.
