As an Employee Relations Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience and ensuring our people policies reflect both our values and the evolving world of work. What you’ll be doing: Providing expert advice on employee relations matters to managers and HR colleagues Supporting organisational change projects including restructures and TUPE transfers Building strong partnerships with HR, business leaders, and trade union representatives Delivering coaching and training to enhance ER capability across the business Monitoring employment legislation and recommending policy updates Analysing ER data to identify trends and inform decision-making Advising on complex employee relations cases with a focus on resolution Promoting a culture of fairness, inclusion, and continuous improvement
