Change Delivery Manager – Governance & Assurance – Salary up to £47,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Governance & Assurance (G&A) IWR (Insurance, Wealth & Retirement) Transformation Team as a Change Delivery Manager. This role involves delivering both change management and potentially 'business as usual' (BAU) support to the IWR G&A function to deliver strategic priorities.
One of the projects will support the integration of Aviva Protection UK Ltd (formerly AIGL) within the IWR/Aviva estate.
We’re looking for someone eager to utilize their existing skills while developing new ones across our team to help the business deliver its plans safely and efficiently.
About the role:
As part of the IWR Governance & Assurance team, you will lead change projects and support the G&A Senior Leadership Team with BAU challenges in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing the integration of Aviva Protection UK Ltd (Project Watch) within our Protection business, shaping and scoping projects, ensuring solutions are risk-based and customer-focused, and supporting change activities in the BAU environment. Effective stakeholder communication and risk mitigation are also essential.
Skills and experience required:
* Strong senior stakeholder and relationship management skills, with confidence engaging with IWR Senior Leaders and subject matter experts.
* Experience with risk management frameworks within Financial Services.
* Preferably experience in business integrations, migrations, or large-scale programmes.
* A proactive self-starter capable of leading work independently and collaboratively.
* Attention to detail with excellent presentation and report-writing skills.
