Business Development Representative (BDR) - Chelmsford (Hybrid Remote) - £35k (£45k OTE). Warm Desk | Progression into Closing role | Private Medical | Early-Finish Fridays.
Ada Meher is working with a scaling SaaS business in the Construction industry as they build out a BDR team to service their established Sales teams with qualified leads. They have already got an excellent presence in the industry, with projects signed with most major contractors, and are looking for BDRs to generate additional projects within these businesses.
Responsibilities
* Generate qualified leads to support the Sales teams with opportunities in the Construction sector.
* Reach out via LinkedIn, phone, email and other channels to build a pipeline of potential customers.
* Contribute to target attainment and assist in progressing opportunities toward a closing role over time.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a relevant sales role
* Experience of working within either the Software or Construction sector
* Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Driven and hard-working - happy working to targets
