Permanent Veterinary Clinical Director - Winsford, Cheshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Winsford, Cheshire for a Permanent Veterinary Clinical Director. The vet will be running this standalone clinic sole charge therefore the hours can be negotiated for the right candidate. There will be no OOH work required.

The role
11. This is an exciting opportunity for a Vet who is looking to put their own stamp on a practice. They will have the opportunity to be involved from the start in designing the practice.
12. The Clinical Director will run the clinic on a standalone basis. This practice was previously a branch surgery and now they are looking at reopening and would like to discuss the running of the cliicsl with an experienced Surgeon who is looking to take the next step in their career.
13. The Vet will be responsible for carrying out consultations, diagnostics and surgeries and the Vet will be responsible for their own caseload.

15. The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.
16. The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.

23. The vet will have excellent communications skills and a compassionate attitude along with excellent client facing skills.
Package
24. Salary: Up to £75, pro rata, commensurate to experience
25. Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
26. CPD: Generous allowance of £1, with 5 days to attend
