The Role
Based in the Kent office, you will manage a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and inheritance tax planning. You will run your own files independently, building trusted long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through important personal matters with empathy and professionalism.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Strong experience across wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts, and inheritance tax planning
* Confident running files independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent client care and communication skills, with a calm, empathetic, and organised approach
* A proactive team player who takes pride in building long-term client relationships
* STEP qualification or progress towards it is welcome but not essential
