Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, contributing to the overall success of Tradescape.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with key clients to drive sales growth
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Maintain CRM Records and lead by example in CRM management
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide leadership and guidance to sales staff
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement sectors
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Familiarity with Prospect or similar CRM systems
* Excellent analytical skills for market analysis and reporting
* Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
