UK&I Payroll Manager Company: Professional Services / Consultancy Offices: Central London, Hybrid Working Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 p.a. The company: Morgan McKinley are exclusively partnered with a high-growth professional services / consultancy business based in Central London. They are looking to rapidly expand operations and grow the existing finance & payroll function. This is a fantastic chance to join and help grow the payroll function to help sustain their growth plans with this newly created Payroll Manager position. About the role: Responsible for processing payroll for UK&I entities High volume contractor payments daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly Payroll via PAYE, umbrella & ltd companies Supervising Payroll Admins Building out the payroll function & team Process improvements / implementations To be successful in applying: Have experience with UK and Irish payroll processes Experience with CIS / RCT beneficial Experience in managing / supervising the payroll function Process improvements experience CIPP qualifications beneficial but not essential What's in it for you: Hybrid flexibility - 4/1 or 3/2 Full benefits package available on enquiry Interested?
