Job description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing and marking flood risk and drainage applications
* Managing planning applications, especially from the Local Flood Risk Authority (LFFA) side
* Providing technical input and support for various flood risk projects
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Reviewing and providing feedback on flood risk assessments and mitigation strategies
* Contributing to project planning and execution in line with flood risk management practices
Job Requirements:
* Experience in flood risk management and drainage
* Understanding of planning applications, particularly from the LFFA perspective
* Proficiency in assessing and marking applications related to flood risk
* Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a range of stakeholders
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
