About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to join the Rotunda team. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys variety, guest interaction, and working within a refined but dynamic environment.
The role
As a Waiter or Waitress in Rotunda, you will deliver a polished, attentive, and personalised dining experience across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.
You will be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, serving food and beverages with confidence, and ensuring every interaction reflects Four Seasons standards. This is a highly guest‑facing role that requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach.
What you will do
1. Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
2. Build strong menu knowledge, confidently explaining dishes, drinks, and recommendations
3. Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
4. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
5. Prepare and maintain tables and service areas to a high standard
6. Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, including upselling where appropriate
7. Respond to guest requests and feedback with care and efficiency
8. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times
What we are looking for
9. Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment
10. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
11. Good knowledge of food, beverage, or willingness to learn
12. Professional presentation and a positive attitude
13. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
14. Strong teamwork and organisational skills
15. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
16. Right to Work in the UK
